Field trip to the Porcupine Mountains🍁🏔️🥾I’ve spent pretty much every free second the past few weeks bumping around Western Lake Superior, and this spot is still one of my favorites. Last year I hiked this trail in the pouring rain on the same day, this time in full sun. 📍Traditional homelands of the Anishinaabe Nation

send this to your cabin buddy🪵🍁🐺 @timber. send this to your cabin buddy🪵🍁🐺 @timber.tide.cabins As much as I love a funky cabin stay with trendy appliances and big cushy rugs, there’s something super special about a barebones cabin in the woods, simple and true to the spirit of a “cabin” if you know what I mean. The little Timber cabin ( @timber.tide.cabins ) scratches that itch for me so perfectly— a small bedroom with a cozy bed, a table for work and coffee and breakfast, a spot to watch a movie at night and play games, a simple kitchen and bathroom, but also a fire pit and private sauna and old-school pac man on the wall. It reminded me of the place my grandparents had on a lake when I was little— simple and set up for a fun weekend. Old-school and nostalgic. 📍Northern Minnesota is the traditional homelands of the Anishinaabe Nation
